Price adjustment policy

As part of the Premium Service, CUC will offer a Price Protection Policy for orders that meet all of the following criteria:

• Within 14 days of placing an order, the product is on sale or the price is lowered.
• At the time of submitting the price adjustment application, the same style and size of the product must still be in stock on the CUC website.
• One price adjustment per item

If the above conditions are met, please contact Customer Service within 14 natural days of placing your order and CUC will refund the difference between the original price and the original payment method. If the application is not submitted within the above time limit, you will not be able to receive the price difference.

Exclusions to the Price Adjustment Policy: CUC is unable to adjust the price of purchased merchandise that qualifies for a discount code, as discount codes are valid for new orders only during the expiration date. Please see the "CUC Discount Code Terms and Conditions" below for more information.

Offers and Discount Codes

CUC may from time to time send discount codes to loyal customers.

Please note the following conditions when using the discount code:

• Discounted items (e.g., participating in a promotion, etc.) cannot be re-discounted.
• Unless otherwise stated, discount codes can be used on the CUC website and in-store.
• For orders containing multiple items, the discount code will be valid for the eligible items in the order.
• In the case of a return, the refund for the discounted item will be the actual amount paid and not the original price of the item.
• If the discount code is invalid or expired, CUC will not send the discount code again.
• Discount code can only be used once per order.

CUC reserves the right to terminate, change, modify or extend all offers and discounts (or other promotions) at any time without notice. By using CUC's services, you are deemed to have agreed to all existing, new and updated terms and conditions.

CUC Discount Code Terms and Conditions

• CUC offers discount codes for selected items on cucfashion.com and in CUC stores. From time to time, these discount codes are emailed to customers and/or notified to customers on the CUC website.
• By participating in such offers, the discount code user agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions. Discount codes are valid only if the user complies with these terms and conditions.
• This discount code has no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash. Discount codes can be used on cucfashion.com and in CUC stores (unless otherwise stated). Discount codes are valid for full price items only and are not valid for items that have been added to the discount program.
• To utilize this discount code, the user should enter the discount code in the discount code section on the checkout page of CUC's website, and the corresponding discount will be automatically deducted from the total price of the products that qualify for the discount code. If the user does not enter the discount code at the time of purchase in accordance with the relevant requirements, the discount will not be available for this purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been confirmed on the CUC website.
• When multiple items are purchased in an order and this discount code is used, the discount is applied accordingly to each item that qualifies for the discount code. In the event of a return of any item purchased with a discount code, the returned item will be refunded at the discounted price.
• If the discount code is unavailable, invalid or expired, the corresponding discount cannot be applied. Replacement codes will not be issued under any circumstances.
• One discount code per order.
• Discount codes for these promotions may not be valid all year round. CUC reserves the right to suspend discount codes at any time.
• Each discount code is valid for a limited time.
• If the recipient of the discount code deletes the email, CUC cannot issue a replacement code for the deleted discount code.
• CUC shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (even if caused by negligence) arising out of the consent and/or use of the discount code, save for any liability not exempted by law.
• CUC is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected e-mails or other notices, and CUC will not be liable for unavailability of the Discount Code or inaccurate information or any loss, damage or injury caused by technical or telecommunication problems, including security breaches. In the event of such problems, CUC may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the discount code.
• To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan. In case of dispute, the courts and tribunals of Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• This discount code applies to the pre-tax price of some full-price items only and cannot be used to reduce shipping charges.
• CUC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel an order that involves fraud, abusive use of an offer, etc.
• Discount codes are not valid for discounted items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other form of discount, promotion, offer or redemption code.
• This promotion does not apply to historical orders, regardless of whether the order includes items labeled "Exclusive Discount Club".
• CUC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or extend online and in-store exclusive discount programs without notice.
• CUC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order without notice for fraud, abuse or any other reason.
• This is a personalized offer and customers are not permitted to share or advertise the details of any online and in-store exclusive discount session invitations in any way, including, but not limited to, on any website, blog, social media, communication apps, emails or by word of mouth. CUC reserves all its rights (including where it knows or suspects that a customer has passed on such details), including the right to suspend a customer's account and/or cancel the relevant transaction during the exclusive discount session.
