Return Instructions
1. Only provide [return] service, simplify the process to receive the goods you need faster, to avoid parcels due to the channel to and from the time-consuming delay in the valuable time. If you find that the size does not fit or wear unsatisfactory factors such as the need for replacement, please return the parcel within 7 days from the next day after the date of receipt of the parcel, and then re-order to buy.
In order to avoid disputes, it is recommended to record the video when unpacking the parcel, and the video should be kept intact to reveal the unpacking video of the parcel.
→ If you need to return an item within 7 days, please be responsible for shipping costs. In order to avoid disputes, please return the product after you have received it, and the offer cannot be combined with the order.
2. Returned merchandise must be returned with undamaged packaging and complete accessories that do not affect the secondary sale of brand new merchandise (hang tags, trademarks intact and uncut, no stains, no sewage, no modifications); if the merchandise is accompanied by a zipper bag, dust bag, brand hangers or cardboard boxes and other special packaging must be returned intact and undamaged together. If you do not meet the above return conditions, CUC will not be able to accept your return application, please pay attention to avoid affecting your return rights.
3. When returning shoes, the shoe box is one of the accessories of the product, please do not directly stick, once damaged, we are unable to accept the return, please pack separately (do not use a transparent bag), to avoid the return of defects caused by human damage to the subsequent disputes.
4. Members are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) counting from the day after they sign for the merchandise; if the original order meets the free shipping threshold, no shipping fee is required, and if the merchandise is returned within the appreciation period without any reservation (as if it is not purchased), it will be refunded together with the original shipping fee; on the other hand, if there is a reserved merchandise in the original order, and the total merchandise amount does not meet the free shipping threshold, then the shipping fee of the original order will need to be deducted (NT$120 for Home Depot / NT$80 for 7-11 & Family), and CUC will deduct it from the amount of the returned merchandise. / 7-11 & Family is NT$80), CUC will deduct it from the amount of returned merchandise received. *Retained merchandise amount does not include the regular price of unreturned gifts.
5. Returns Reminder : When returning goods online, the system will determine the return method according to the amount of materials, if it is a supermarket return, you need to go to the supermarket store within three days from the next day of application for return, if the return code exceeds the validity period, we are unable to provide a second set of code; if it is a home delivery receipt of the return, the deadline for the receipt of the application of the next day of the next three days (Sundays are not included in the calculation), please pay attention to the cell phone to avoid missing the receipt of the time limit, if the time limit is exceeded by the home delivery personnel who received the returned package, then it will not be accepted. 6. 7-day appreciation period: 7 days from the next day of receipt, the appreciation period is not a trial period, please note that please keep the goods in new condition.
7-11/Family counts the first day as the next day of pickup.
Black Cat Home Delivery counts the first day of delivery as the next day of delivery, so please be aware of this regardless of whether or not it is signed by the buyer (administrator/family member, etc.).
7. Combination of discounted goods if the number of pieces retained after the return does not reach the number of pieces required by the activity, the retained goods will be restored to the original price calculation, CUC will be received from the return of goods back to add back to the purchase price or refund amount deducted from the restoration of the original order to restore the original price of the retained combination of goods to restore the original price of the difference, but also members must pay attention to avoid causing their own rights and interests to be lost. 8. Please note that if the amount or conditions of the order retained after the return does not meet the rules of the full campaign, the new unopened full gift must be returned together with the returned merchandise. If the full campaign gift is not returned, the amount of the full gift will be deducted from the regular price of the product (as if it were the original price of the product) if the refund is added to the amount of the purchase money/refund amount upon receipt of the returned merchandise. 9. Outlying islands do not provide 7-11/Family returns and home delivery collection service, please call or write to the outlying islands members (provide a refund account) and have to send it back by yourself, the return period is counted as the next day within three days based on the date of the postmark (including holidays), we will receive the return parcel every Thursday to subsidize the return shipping fee (out-of-pocket, up to a limit of 80 yuan)
10. The return process will take about 7-10 days (excluding holidays) to complete; after we receive the return package and confirm that the returned goods are correct, we will add the amount to your CUC online shopping fund, and at the same time, notify you by MAIL, you can go to the "MY ACCOUNT" member center to check the shopping fund after receiving the notification.
11. if your order is not paid in cash (credit card payment/post-fasney payment)
*After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will do the online refund/fasney payment directly for you, please pay attention to the current or next billing details. (Please note: If the order has used the purchase money, the payment amount will be refunded first, and the refund amount will be returned with the purchase money if it is not enough for the refund.)
12. Starting from 2017/8/28, Takkyubin service change, every Sunday does not provide the service of collecting returned packages.
13. Combined order returns are not allowed. If different orders are placed, they must be applied for and sent in separate packages, and the promotional activities of the order must be counted separately.
14. Non-defective definitions:

15. factors such as the inability to accept returns:
(1) Artificial defects such as powdered make-up when trying on clothes

(5) Goods have been processed, not the original CUC goods (e.g. embroidery, cutting, printing...etc.)
(6) Event gifts not returned
(7) Beyond the appreciation period

(9) Jewelry, earrings, etc. with hygienic considerations

(11) Returns of orders that have passed the appreciation period should be sent back together with those that are still within the appreciation period or by registered mail.

16. Return discrepancies:
(1) If there are personal items (non-CUC sold goods) attached to the returned package, it will be returned by cash on delivery ($130 for home delivery), and if it is not replied within three months after notification by the customer service, it will be dealt with by direct reimbursement.
(2) If the return package does not match the return details, the return will be accepted directly according to the actual receipt of the returned goods without further notice, please pay attention to the product items when processing the return.
(3) Returned packages will not be accepted once it is confirmed that there are man-made defective goods, other non-abnormal goods will be accepted for refund, man-made defective goods will be contacted again and returned by cash on delivery ($130 for home delivery).
(4) For abnormal orders after shipment, CUC will notify you when it receives the order. If you do not reply within the notification period, the order will be canceled and you will be asked to place a new order (based on the current stock quantity, promotional activities and prices on the official website).
(5) the appreciation period to provide a return free shipping service, if the original order to pay shipping costs (supermarkets 80 yuan / home delivery 120 yuan), will be deducted from the return amount, please do not directly cash package into the package, if you receive cash, customer service will be notified and remittance returned (minus handling fee of $ 15)
If CUC confirms that the product cannot be returned, it will be sent back to you by cash on delivery; if you cannot be contacted, it will be sent back to the order or member's address within three days, and we are sorry that we are unable to return the purchase money or refund the purchase price online, so please be careful.
