We will notify you when your order arrives at the selected delivery point. As a reminder, you will need to present identification to pick up your order. If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, the person picking up your order will need to present a written authorization and a copy of your identification.
When will I receive my order?
After placing your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. You can find out the delivery date of your order through youraccountTrack delivery status.
Can I change my delivery method?
If the purchase has been completed, it is not possible to change the selected delivery method.
What will happen if my order cannot be delivered?
If you have chosen delivery to your home and you are not in your home at the time of delivery, please contact us and we will confirm with the courier company.
Can I refuse to deliver my order?
If you no longer wish to receive the item you purchased, please contact us so that we can help you with the follow-up process.
Can I cancel my order?
If we are unable to deliver your order on the expected date, we will send you an email notification and you will be able to view the new delivery date in the order details.
