Purchase Process

Select products→Cart→email registration or third-party login→Select payment method→Select delivery method→Confirm order message→Checkout→(※Shipment notification)→Wait for the goods to arrive.

Reminder.

  • Because CUC is a unified operation and meets the shipping time limit, please be sure to confirm the contents of the order before checking out. After checkout, it is not possible to change the product details, payment method, delivery channel, split order or hold order to avoid delayed shipment!
  • If you would like to cancel your order, please click "Cancel Order" when the order status shows "Order Processing" and then place a new order; please refer to the stock/price and activities of the products shown on the official website at the time of ordering when placing a new order.

(The product inventory function is not maintained until the product is added to the shopping cart but not yet checked out, and the allocation of the product inventory will be based on the order of the checkout.)

  • If the address and cell phone number in the order need to be corrected, please contact our customer service immediately when the order status is "processing" in order to make the correction, if the order status is "shipping" can not help to change, please note.
  • After the parcel is delivered to the store, SMS notification will be sent in the afternoon of the next day, and you can go to pick up the parcel after receiving the notification. Please finish picking up the parcel within the pick-up period on the delivery day (7-11/Family Store pick-up time is 7 days counting from the same day), if you do not pick up the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the CUC directly for cancellation and will result in a record of 1 uncollected parcel.
  • When the parcel is shipped and delivered to the designated location, if it is not picked up or refused, the member's ordering account will generate a record of unclaimed parcels for one time. If there are more than 3 records of unclaimed parcels for a single delivery channel, the member will not be able to order using that delivery channel again.
  • Pre-ordered goods according to the production time, goods delivery, customs inspection and other estimated days, each product arrival days are not the same, such as early arrival will be shipped earlier, please note and forgive me.
  • Overseas members are responsible for the additional handling fee incurred for online refund if they cancel their order without any reason.
  • Confirmation of purchase means that you agree to the official shopping rules; remind you that if you violate the order and return rules set by CUC without reason or maliciously, the company has the right to suspend your account and refuse your use of the service, and at the same time listed on the blacklist of the transaction, please pay attention to.
